We had a wonderful time celebrating Addie's 2nd Birthday this weekend. On her actual birthday we went to the Children's Museum and were lucky to run into our friends Brie and Ava there - what a fun birthday surprise! That night we had Cosetta's for dinner and some birthday cupcakes. We also opened some presents and this was much different from last year. I set down her gifts, turned around to get the camera, and by the time I had turned back around she had already finished ripping all the paper off!
Then on Sunday we had our families over for a birthday party. Addie had a lot of fun and reveled in being the center of attention. After the party we were able to spend some time as a family and enjoy the beautiful weather with a walk and a ride on her new trike! It was a great weekend full of reminiscing and the creation of new memories for our family.
