Tyke Time!

We've been wanting to sign Addie up for some sort of activity through community ed., but have had a hard time finding things for 3 year olds. I was able to find a park program that runs from 9:30 - 11:30 Mon. - Thurs. during the summers in St. Anthony. Since Tina was closed this week we figured it was the perfect week to give it a try. The theme for this week was U.S.A. and each day the kids did a craft, song, story, and game that was centered around the theme. The week ended with a 4th of July Parade that the tykes put on for the school-aged kids. I was a little worried how Addie would do since this was her first time in an activity like this and she was most likely the youngest one there (we mis-read the age guidelines when we signed her up!). And the verdict was... she loved it! So much that we have agreed to sign her up for another week at the end of the summer!
